1978 - The Sparks Group is founded in Fayetteville, NC by Doug Sparks, CPC. Mr. Sparks was one of the first Certified Personnel Consultants in North Carolina and has 40 years of business experience ranging from textiles to HVAC.

1981 - The Sparks Group moves it's headquarters to Greensboro, NC.

1996 - Chris Sparks, joins the company after graduating with his MBA from the Bryan School of Business at UNCG. Chris was previously an Area Manager with a major financial institution.

1998 - The Sparks Group opens the technology division, 2020iSite, to create a network of targeted industry and career sites. 2020iSite is headed by Chris Sparks.

2000 - The Sparks Group opens a division solely devoted to recruiting called Landfall Recruiters.

2003 - Landfall Recruiters redefines recruiting with the Landfall 5000 making all regular placement fees a one-time $5,000 flat fee.

2003 - Landfall Recruiters introduces its online applicant networks allowing clients to search applicant profiles online.

The Future - While Landfall Recruiters utilizes it's technology for international coverage, it will be expanding with new physical locations.
