Why is the applicant's specific information no on the site? First, We respect the privacy of our applicants. Second, a majority of our applicants are passive meaning they are gamefully employed and not actively searching. We only contact them if the right opportunity for career advancement comes along.
What is your fee schedule?
$5,000! Every placement is a $5,000 one-time flat fee, paid by the employer, due when the person reports to work. The fee is due if the employer or any partner, parent or subsidiary company hires the applicant within a year of the employer's last contact of the applicant through us or within a year of us revealing the applicant's contact information to the company if no initial contact is made.
What is your refund policy? Each placement is backed by a 90-day pro-rated guarantee. See the details to the right!
Can an employer pass the fee onto the applicant or take it from his/her compensation. Can the employer charge the applciant the fee if the applicant leaves the company. No! Under no circumstances can the applicant ever be charged or held liable for any fees charged by us to the employer.

Will you travel to other locations and take on special projects?
Yes. We have taken on projects to place over 100 people at a time in several states. We'll work directly with your recruiting staff to develop the right recruiting plan to find the proper people as quickly as possible.

Fees - All fees are company fee paid only! Our fee for any applicant is $5,000 saving you a tremendous amount of money considering the fees of 20% - 30% charged by other recruiting firms. The fee is due once the applicant reports to work and is subject to the refund policy below.
Refund Policy - We back each of our placements with a 90-day refund policy. If the employee does not remain in the employment of your company, parent company, partner company or subsidiary 90 days, you are entitled to a refund based on the schedule below.
- 1-15 Days - 75% refund
- 16-90 Days - Prorated 1% per day for the remaining 75 days so that no refunds are due after 90 days.
If the applicant is employed by your company, parent company, partner company or subsidiary within a year after leaving, the full fee is due. Other terms and conditions may apply. Contact us for complete details.
