Recruiting - We can find one particular person, staff a whole department or take over your whole recruiting process. We offer several different types of recruiting services to fit the needs of your company.
Contingency Search - You only pay if you hire one of our applicants. This is normally used when the applicants are in our database or within our network of contacts. Our standard contingency fee is $5,000. See the information to the right for details. Some special situations where extensive time or travel on our part may require a different fee schedule. Other Services
Not every situation is best served by contingency placements. So in case you have a special need, we have other types of services. Please note that each one of the services below will require a special price quote based on your needs.
Retained Search - This is used when the search requires an extensive time commitment from us. We are paid a retainer for our search efforts and a fee if an applicant is hired. Fees vary depending upon the search.
Outsourcing - You can outsource some or all of your recruiting efforts to us. We are paid on a periodic basis.
On Location - We can come to your location to recruit locally. Fee structures vary depending on the project.
Notice: We are just as selective with our clients as we are with our applicants. We reserve the right to refuse any business at our sole discretion without notice!

Fees - All fees are company fee paid only! Our fee for any regular placement is $5,000 saving you a tremendous amount of money considering the fees of 20% - 30% charged by other recruiting firms. The fee is due once the applicant reports to work and is subject to the refund policy below.
Refund Policy - We back each of our placements with a 90-day refund policy. If the employee does not remain in the employment of your company, parent company, partner company or subsidiary 90 calendar days, you are entitled to a refund based on the schedule below.
- 1-15 Calendar Days - 75% refund
- 16-90 Calendar Days - Prorated 1% per day for the remaining 75 days so that no refunds are due after 90 days.
If the applicant is employed by your company, parent company, partner company or subsidiary within a year after leaving, the full fee is due. Other terms and conditions may apply. Contact us for complete details.
